When you’re planning your wedding, you’re not only planning the big day, but also the rehearsal dinner the night before! Early on in the catering research process, we learned about ¿Por Qué No? Taqueria, a local favorite in Portland, and knew we wanted to use them for our rehearsal dinner.

For our separate girls and boys getting ready glam parties the morning-of our big day, we didn’t want our friends and family getting hangry and it setting a bad tone for the rest of the day, so we knew we needed to feed them something! We discovered the perfect getting ready brunch charcuterie catering in Portland, Oregon for our crew.
