Back in May, I was able to spend a wonderful 24 hours in Portland, Oregon with my friend Lauren to celebrate my birthday! We knew we wanted to save a bit of funds this year and only go down for a day trip, and we were pleasantly surprised seeing how much we could cram into those hours.
