Sephora Sale Favorites (Spring 2023)
Before the Sephora Sale has come and gone, I figured I’d add my two cents into the mix! While Rogue has already started making their picks, us Beauty Insiders & VIB have a week to shop from 4/18-4/24. I used to hold VIB status, but have been ordering only essentials this past year and dropped back down to Insider (not mad about it - she’s a frugal queen!). Here are my Sephora Sale favorites:

MAKE UP FOR EVER Full Cover Concealer
I don’t wear concealer in a traditional sense - I don’t struggle with under eye bags or feel the need to brighten where someone better versed in makeup application may apply concealer. However, I have a considerably sized red birthmark right in the middle of my chin! Before I apply foundation, I like to apply a good amount of concealer to my chin and to my cheeks to color correct some of the redness from my rosacea (yes, I know there’s specific color correcting products, too - don’t come for me!). It does the job and it’s one of the best I’ve tried! I’ll be stocking up.
Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm
This lip product has been all the rage lately in the beauty and influencer community and I can’t wait to get my hands on it! I’ll be giving the color Poppy a whirl - I’m obsessed with bright red/orangey shades like this and am curious to see how it will work for my skintone.
MILK MAKEUP Hydro Grip Hydrating Makeup Primer
Last fall, I tried this primer and fell in love. It is certainly pricey, but a great investment. I tend to use more affordable products for lighter, everyday application, and reserve this for when I’m properly going out to an event. Because I didn’t know if I’d like it, I purchased the mini version last fall and I now realize I definitely need the main size! The mini is MINI, let me tell you. This primer does a great job at keeping your makeup in place all day long, is vegan and clean, and hydrates while giving a radiant finish. I’ll probably pack my old mini in my bridal emergency kit this fall.
Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
Last fall, I tried out my very first Selena liquid blush creation in the shade Hope which is a beautiful nude mauve. This time around, I’m going with the shade Joy - a dewy muted peach. This has become a staple in my beauty routine and I love how easy it is to apply and how buildable it is.
Rare Beauty Lip Soufflé Matte Cream Lipstick
I am a sucker for a good matte lippie! I’m not a mega fan of lip glosses or oils and tend to stick to matte finish lipsticks and balms. I’m very excited to see how Selena’s measures up to past popular products I’ve tried (I’m sure she will hit it out of the park like everything else). I’m trying this one out in the color Courage - a nude mauve, everyday shade.
Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
I SWEAR by this setting spray - it’s the only one I’ll use ever since discovering it ages ago. Just get it… that’s all I’m gonna say!

CLINIQUE Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover
I’ve been a bad girl and have been taking off my makeup with wipes… I know! I am determined to break the cycle and I have heard everyone and their mother rave about this makeup remover / cleansing balm. I’ve always admired Clinique’s products and am sure this is no exception. I’ll be sure to report back on how I like this product!
Tower 28 Beauty Mini SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray
I’ve heard wonderful reviews about this rescue spray, perfect for those of us red faced folks. There’s definitely mixed reviews on the product listing so I’m curious to see if I’ll have a bad experience or this will become a must-have in my regular routine. I’m buying the mini to test it out and I also think I’ll most likely use it on-the-go, so it’ll be a great addition to my bag.

Sephora Collection Deep-Cleaning Brush and Sponge Shampoo
I’m on the market for a new brush/sponge cleaner so I’m gonna give this Sephora brand one a try.
Sephora Collection Daily Brush Cleaner
Who else is embarrassed that they don’t clean their brushes/sponges every day!? I’ve heard we should all be taking better, sanitary care of things that touch our precious skin, so I’m also going to give this Sephora product a try as a quick spritz after every time I apply.
LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Intense Hydration with Vitamin C
Another super popular product, I’m very excited to try this lip sleeping mask!
