A Night at Queer Bar in Seattle, Washington
If you’re looking for the ultimate queer nightlife in Seattle, this is it! I finally got around to spending my first night at Queer Bar in Seattle, Washington and it was a memorable evening for the books.

I immediately noticed the various wall art as soon as I walked in and felt right at home. I love the special touch of their neon sign, and of course: the Bosco tribute wall! If you didn’t know, Bosco is a current contestant on the 14th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and is a Seattle local who performs at Queer/Bar. While we were hoping to enjoy a night with Bosco, unfortunately (but fortunately for her!) she had another gig out of town. We still had a blast with her friends and attended both the Drag Race viewing party and the MX. Drag Show later that night.
I cannot rave about the food enough! We shared the mozzarella sticks and I opted for the Cali Sandwich that features fried avocado - yep, you read that right!, tomato, mixed greens, mayo, and the most delish pickled red onion. Totally next level for your local drag bar. The drinks were equally iconic and our server mentioned that they will be expanding their vegetarian menu options in the near future - yay!
We showed up about 2 hours prior to the viewing party to grab some dinner and were able to score comfy prime viewing runway seats for the show later that night, but if you want the premiere experience they also have fabulous booths and runway tables that you can reserve ahead of time on their website.
As for the outfit, I went with a lace bodysuit moment paired with a brown leather skirt + black leather jacket, black tights, and my fave snakeskin print booties. I’ve never felt more fabulous than when Miss Lucy Lips herself climbed on top of me, then told me I looked like Amy Lee (from Evanescence - Lucy performed to “Bring Me to Life”) with my great hair + red lip. Thanks, doll!
I’m looking forward to future nights spent at Queer/Bar and can’t wait for Pride 2022. Pro Tip: Queer/Bar is the place to be during Pride - you never know how many famous faces you’ll see there. Until next time!
