48 Hours in Seabrook, Washington (Spring 2025)

This winter we escaped to our favorite coastal town, Seabrook, Washington, for a couples’ weekend filled with good food, big laughs, and cozy beach-town charm. This marked our second hosted stay with Easy Breezy Cottage, and it truly felt like the perfect reset! Whether we were soaking in the hot tub, chasing claw machine wins, or enjoying jalapeño margarita mocktails, Seabrook gave us exactly what we needed. This is 48 Hours in Seabrook, Washington!

48 Hours in Seabrook, Washington

Stay @ Easy Breezy Cottage

We feel so lucky to have been hosted once again by Easy Breezy Cottage - our favorite spot in town for a reason! The home has tons of space, thoughtful amenities, and a seriously dreamy 7-person hot tub that we made full use of every night. We also revived our classic tiramisu crepes recipe in the spacious kitchen and spent hours laughing and playing games with our friends Tatiana and Charles. Easy Breezy truly feels like our home away from home.

Making Candles @ Lorraine’s Candle Studio

A Seabrook must. We love visiting Lorraine’s to make a signature candle to commemorate each trip, and this time we crafted one that we named “Midnight Tide” - a dreamy blend of rain water, teakwood, sel de mar, and the Black Sea. It’s now our go-to scent to light post-cleaning at home. Highly recommend carving out time for this activity on any Seabrook stay!

Beach Walks + Sunshine Moments

We were gifted some gorgeous sunshine this visit (unlike our last rainy trip!) - so we made sure to soak it all in with a beach walk after candle-making. There’s something magical about a quieter spring beach, especially with blue skies and time to pause.

Exploring Downtown Seabrook

We did a little light shopping in town, including a very important Jellycat mission at the toy store! I picked up a new read by Tom Hanks and finally grabbed some Seabrook swag (after three years of visiting, it felt right). We made a stop for some toasted coconut ice cream from Olympic Mountain Ice Cream - a nostalgic fave from my childhood - before lunch, because… vacation rules don’t apply, duh!

Lunch @ Frontager’s Pizza Co

After our dessert appetizer, we grabbed lunch at Frontager’s where I went for the Pickle Pie. It may sound wild, but I am officially team pickle-on-pizza now. Such a fun and flavorful combo!

Arcade Date @ Seabrook Arcade

One of the newest additions to Seabrook is the arcade, and while it’s a smaller space, it totally delivered! We played skee ball, NBA hoops, and discovered a very addicting Charlie & The Chocolate Factory game (pro tip: this is how you earn the most tickets quickly!). Aaaand, I may have spent a few too many points chasing a Sonny Angel in the claw machine, but honestly… no regrets.

Dinner @ Koko’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar

Dinner at Koko’s is always a highlight of our Seabrook getaways. With stunning sunset views and truly standout dishes, it’s the perfect place to end the day. I had my go-to jalapiña margarita mocktail and some delicious Salvadorian enchiladas, while Jared swears by the cashew poblano enchiladas - such a unique, can’t-get-it-anywhere-else dish. Don’t skip the guacamole either… absolutely top tier!

Coffees @ Vista Bakeshop

Before heading out of town, we made our usual stop at Vista Bakeshop, a must for any Seabrook trip. It’s the perfect place to grab breakfast or enjoy a morning stroll with coffee in hand. We’re obsessed with their housemade dulce de leche syrup in a classic iced latte - easily some of the best coffee we’ve ever had. A cozy little send-off to wrap up the trip!

Seabrook continues to be our favorite little staycation just an hour from home. We’re already planning our next visit and feeling so grateful for a weekend full of comfort, connection, and plenty of pickles!
