Last week, I did some financial planning, made a care package for a friend with COVID, cooked a Sunbasket meal, took my car to the shop, set up my new shower caddy, showed how I cook my new absolute fave homemade ramen, planned photoshoot outfits + tidied my closet, had a girls’ night co-working, getting ice cream, cooking chili and watching horror, gave a horror movie recap, and enjoyed a lovely gals’ brunch with some sweet gift giving.

The past few weeks, Jared and I have been experimenting with different variations of ramen and tweaked a recipe we found on TikTok to create THE best homemade ramen recipe! I can’t explain how amazing this dish tastes without drooling… just trust me.

Last week, we ran a lot of errands and got a new car (unexpectedly), had some business and life highs + lows, tried Sunbasket’s meal box for the first time, prepped taxes, enjoyed some virtual gals’ nights, finally took another routine test and felt life + the world balancing out again.

Last week, I had a few rough mental health days + kept it real, tried out some new things in the kitchen including a delish zoodle pad thai, signed up for a new meal kit service, had some biz meetings, did a Crumbl taste test review, got new nails (finally!), and enjoyed a productive working weekend.

Last week, I stayed cozy + safe indoors as best I could, did a lot of cooking including a new delish, vegetarian tom kha soup recipe I now adore, exchanged friend gifts, celebrated RPDR S14 with a pretty charcuterie box, tidied up the apartment, had a lovely therapy session, chatted pandemic fear, and had a productive client work week.
