Sephora Sale Favorites (Fall 2022)

Before the Sephora Sale has come and gone, I figured I’d add my two cents into the mix! While Rogue and VIB have already made their picks (if not, there’s still time!), us Beauty Insiders have a mere few days to make our choices. I used to hold VIB status, but have been ordering only essentials this past year (not mad about it - she’s a frugal queen!). Here are my Sephora Sale favorites:

Sephora Sale Favorites: Fall 2022 Edition

Daily Makeup

Full Cover Concealer - MAKE UP FOR EVER

I don’t wear concealer in a traditional sense - I don’t struggle with under eye bags or feel the need to brighten where someone better versed in makeup application may apply concealer. However, I have a considerably sized red birthmark right in the middle of my chin! Before I apply foundation, I like to apply a good amount of concealer to my chin and to my cheeks to color correct some of the redness from my rosacea (yes, I know there’s specific color correcting products, too - don’t come for me!). It does the job and it’s one of the best I’ve tried! I’m definitely stocking up on more.

Supergoop! Glowscreen Sunscreen SPF 40

I’m categorizing this under “everyday makeup” because you SHOULD be wearing SPF every single day! The primer I had been using already had decent SPF, but since I am about to switch my primer (see next product), I thought I should give this raved about product a try. Supergoop! is all the rage right now, and this Glowscreen product in the Golden Hour color is the latest addition that adds a lovely cast of bronze to any skin tone. I’m so excited to try this and see if I even use it without foundation!

MILK MAKEUP Mini Hydro Grip Hydrating Makeup Primer

I am STOKED to try this new primer. My friend’s kid and tons of the influencers/vloggers I follow have been talking it up, and the MILK MAKEUP brand itself has caused quite a buzz in the beauty community. This primer is supposedly the best at keeping your makeup in place all day long, is vegan and clean, and hydrates while giving a radiant finish. Sign. Me. Up!

Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush

I’m late to the Rare Beauty train and I cannot wait to try all the goodness Miss Selena has created! For my first of all her products, I’m giving the liquid blush a shot. I haven’t played around with too many liquid or stick blushes, so we shall see how I like this. I’ve heard it’s one of the best for application! I went with the shade Hope which is a beautiful nude mauve. Since I’m a statement frame wearer with my glasses and skip all the eye makeup, blush is my must-have signature along with a statement lip.

Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick

For my second toe dip into the Rare Beauty world, I chose to give Selena’s bronzer stick a whirl. I want to practice the craft of contouring and bronzing and really dedicate time to learning more technique. I’ve heard that this bronzer stick is one of the easiest to start with and is very blendable. I went with the lightest shade to start, called Power Boost, which is a true tan with neutral undertones. I’m quite pale, so I feel like this fits.

Misc. Beauty

Touchland Power Mist Hydrating Hand Sanitizer

I have been hearing so many wonderful things about this fancy hand sanitizer and I can’t wait to get my hands on it (no pun intended)! I selected this beautiful green Applelicious scent. I take hand sanitizer everywhere I go and am bored of the plain, alcoholy scent and ugly bottles, but also don’t enjoy shopping B&BW anymore. This seems like the perfect resolution! I’ll report back on how I enjoy.

Which product are you most excited to try next? What are your Sephora faves? Leave them in the comments!

The Sephora Holiday Savings Event ends on November 7, 2022.
