Okay, can we have a minute to talk about the hair scarf trend!? It’s my new obsession!! As a Latinx lady with very thick, wavy hair, “cute hairstyles” often worn by those with full white heritage who have quite thin, straight hair don’t tend to be friendly for thick hair - but this one is different! All you have to do is tie a square satin scarf around a ponytail and you’re good to go. :)
I wanted the focus of this flowy summer outfit to be on the hair scarf, in addition to a single gold coin necklace accent, so I kept the fit simple with a chiffon cami and black ripped mid-rise denim.
