The Easiest Autumn Butter Board Recipe
Okay, I jumped on the butter board bandwagon officially! I tried out the most delicious, easiest autumn butter board recipe while my friend Lauren was visiting and we seriously couldn’t get enough. I wanted to share the joy here in case we can inspire another convert, and I also greatly remember my own creations later on by documenting them!
The Easiest Autumn Butter Board Recipe
Here’s our ingredient picks:
Sea salt sweet cream Tillamook butter.
Fresh garlic that we roasted on the stove in olive oil for about 15 minutes.
Dried cranberries.
Pomegranate seeds.
Shredded parmesan cheese.
Chopped chives.
Lemon zest.
For those that are unaware, butter boards are designed to be communally shared and make for a fantastic date or gals’ night. I grabbed one of my charcuterie marble boards and started by smushing and spreading the butter (using a butter knife) in an even, generous layer. I left the butter out for a bit to soften it, and then ended up nuking it in the microwave for about 10 seconds. You want it to be soft, but not melty.
Then, just throw on your toppings!
We ate ours with delicious sourdough bread slices, but you can get creative and eat it on just about anything.
Will you be trying out this trend? Leave your topping recs in the comments! :)
