2021 Holiday Gift Ideas + What I Asked For

Let’s be real: We all like to gain a little inspiration from seeing gift guides and wishlists of other people with our similar tastes and aesthetic, am I right? I wanted to round up all of my 2021 holiday gift ideas and things I’m asking for in one central place that you (and I!) could refer back to as needed. I’ve laid out the following by categories and sections for easy browsing.

2021 Holiday Gift Ideas

Home | Dinnerware

I’m in LOVE with reactive glaze stoneware! I bought the gray version of these cereal bowls when we moved in to our current apartment and use them all the time, so I asked for some more bowls, plates, as well as a bigger serving bowl in this style. This collection from Hearth & Hand at Target is incredibly affordable while keeping that high-quality look & feel.

Home | Servingware

Find me something more beautiful than these breathtaking henna serving trays… I’ll wait. My friend Susan over at SunoHenna makes the most incredible pieces for your home that you’ll cherish for years to come. I’m so excited to say that we made our first purchase this year!

Home | Cookware

I procrastinated pulling the trigger in asking for the two most iconic Our Place products: The Always Pan and The Perfect Pot. These beautiful creatures are all-in-one cooking solutions to just about anything you’d need to accomplish in the kitchen, replacing up to 8 pieces of cookware EACH. The best part? They have an exclusive, high-performance non-stick technology and contain no PFOAS or PTFES.

Home | Glassware

I’ve collected links to my favorite trendy glassware over the years from favorite YouTube vloggers that I watch, but these aren’t necessarily items I’d ever prioritize buying for myself. This year with a more limited lineup of wishes, I figured I’d throw these in the mix! Love these sleek beer glasses that can be used for water and other non-alcoholic bevs, these clear double-walled mugs, and these gorgeous squared wine glasses!

Home | Scents

After coming to the likely conclusion that big brand, yucky, chemical-filled candles just aren’t the way to go for me personally, I’ve found some great, healthier solutions to still attaining a delicious-smelling home all year round! Cancelled Plans Candles are an incredible Seattle-based company, and the Pura Smart Home Fragrance Diffuser uses only top of the line brands and ingredients for their device. It’s hard to go wrong with either of these.

Self | Beauty

You’ve gotta take care of yourself a little, too! Self-care necessities (and nice-to-haves) are always a safe bet to add to your wishlist and are best to provide direction for as opposed to leaving your family/friends in the dark. These three items are things I absolutely adore: the Hourglass Veil Translucent Setting Powder (I use this to set my makeup every single day), First Aid Beauty Skincare - this Fab Skin Fortune holiday set has all of the essentials I use and more, and Replica’s Coffee Break genderless scent (anything Replica is amazing!).

Self | Knitwear

The small biz Etsy shop I’ve been obsessing over this year is URBNFIBER, an incredible knitwear brand with the cutest hats, scarves, ear warmers and so much more!

I hope this guide came in handy when dreaming up gifts for loved ones or something you may want to add to your own list this year! I’ll come back here and add more as I collect ideas :)
